- Factory Manager (2) Apply
Location: ShangHai, WuXi
Fugle is a leading and well-established IC testing house located in China, who specializes in Chip Probing and Final Testing with 200 staffs. We are now looking for two high quality candidates to lead our Shanghai and WuXi factories.
Responsibilies:
Manages and lead daily operations of the factory. Define and maintain general operational systems, policies and procedures for efficient and effective management control. Formulate and execute business operational strategies in line with Company targets. Production planning and supervision. Factory organization. Monitor manufacturing efficiency, waste control, quality and maintenance. Occupational Health & Safety. Raw Material management. Maintaining Quality Assurance requirements & records. Quality Control Management. Staff roster, management and team development. Attend weekly production meetings. Participate in regular planning meetings. Preventative machine maintenance scheduling.
Requirements:
10 years minimum manufacturing experience in a relevant manufacturing environment of which 5 years has been at a senior management level. Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering discipline. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills. Be patient and understanding whilst being focused on achieving Company goals. ISO experience is essential. Knowledge of Six Sigma or alternative lean production methods and their implementation is essential. IT literate, able to use ERP systems, Microsoft programs etc. Immediate availability is an advantage.

- Engineering Director (1) Apply
Location: ShangHai
The Director of Engineering manages, guides, audits and coordinates the work of a highly skilled engineering and product development team placing particular emphasis on developing new engineering solutions and products consistent with the appropriate time-lines and budgets. Supports the company in reaching its profit and growth goals and positively interacts with all other departments to resolve problems where engineering or engineering department solutions are required. As part of the senior staff, the Director of Engineering actively participates in helping to make decisions that affect all aspects of the business unit.
Responsibilies:
Direction and coordination of all engineering activities and personnel. Develops cost effective, manufacturable and appropriate designs. Completes designs as per schedule and budget. Raises cost consciousness of department. Participates in and helps design and implement LEAN business practices and ISO related business processes. Works cooperatively with Global Applications Engineering personnel to support their customer-centric engineering activities and to integrate them appropriately into the Engineering Department's activities. Improves interaction with other departments, especially operations, QC, assembly and other manufacturing, and supports organization personnel. Improves communication within engineering department. Manages and consistently implements the Peer Design Review Process to improve the appropriateness, cost-effectiveness and accuracy of all departmental design activities. Manages all work project schedules within the engineering department. Assists the sales and marketing organizations to maximize the competitiveness and responsiveness of our product and processes. Participates in team management of the assigned business unit. Provides budgets to support the planning processes and manages costs throughout the year consistent with approved expense strategies and budgets.
Requirements:
MS in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering and 12 years in package design or test engineering and staff management.

- Assembly Process Engineer (2) Apply
Location: One in ShangHai and One in TaiWan
Provide technical support to design groups for product-package definition and cost analysis and develop new packages to meet the requirements for new product introductions;Generate new bond diagrams, piece part drawings in AutoCAD and Visio, and review the drawings to assure they meet MPS assembly design rules;Manage package material selection, as well as thermal and electrical characterization;Qualify new assembly sites, new assembly processes, and new packages to support the company's need for low cost assembly and new package technology; Interface with assembly subcontractors, quality assurance, final test, production control, and customers to resolve assembly technical issues; ensure high quality, low cost, and short assembly cycle time;Perform assembly process and quality audits at each individual assembly site;Monitor and analyze IC assembly yields in an effort to improve quality and decrease production time for each package;Coordinate with failure analysis engineers for assembly failures, identify and address root cause and get the corrective action with assembly subcontractors; Generate new bond diagrams, piece part drawings in AutoCAD, and review the drawings to assure they meet MPS assembly design rules.

Requirements:
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science. Minimum 7 years direct IC packaging and assembly engineering experience. Strong fundamentals in the fields of Applied Physics, Mechanics. Good understanding of materials issues and materials selection methodologies. Familiar with assembly design rules. Must be familiar with assembly processes and controls. Good understanding in the filed assembly materials. Capabilities in design of experiments (DOE), SPC (statistical process control). Hands-on knowledge of package reliability requirements, failure analysis techniques, assembly process issues, etc. Proficient in AutoCAD, Visio and other office software. Must communicate well, have strong analytical skills, be attentive to detail, and be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

- Test Engineering Leader (1) Apply
Location: ShangHai
Responsibilies:
Effectively lead/develop testing team with global standard competency. Upgrade and re-build to drive up-time improvement. Work with Global testing team to introduce new testing technology for better quality, productivity and technology. Tester readiness for NPI and TOW projects. Support production failure analysis to minimize cost of quality.
Requirements:
5+ years is the minimum criteria. Master / Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 10+ years MFG engineering experience included 3+ years technology leadership experience in MNC, and R&D experience is plus. Familiar with testing equipment design and maintenance. Familiar with kind of instrument and relate software like SMT, Tester, CVI, Lab window, VB, VC. Experience of people management. Able to motivate, set goals, and monitor performance of team members. Able to effectively plan and priorities workloads, to meet both short and longer term goals in tough circumstance. Excellent English communicator, both written and spoken. Excellent PC skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly and thoroughly. Open, passionate, high sense of ownership and commitment.

- Logistic Specialist (2) Apply
Location: One in ShangHai and One in TaiWan
Responsibilies:
Research and identify transportation service and warehouse providers potentially qualified for electrical products in China. Evaluate and audit vendors on site and provide improvement proposals when needed. Work closely with trading teams to identify needs and set up priorities. Design most economic and efficient transportation solutions in accordance with business requirement. Negotiate transportation contract. Design and improve transportation, particularly railing and trucking operation process. Responsible for transportation operation performance and keep tracking of KPI. Periodically review service level and work with transportation vendors to make improvement. Issue pickup and delivery orders, verify documents and assist inventory counting. Maintain and keep relationship with transportation vendors. Keep and update transportation vendor database.
Requirements:
College or above education; Degrees of logistics, EE and related subjects are preferred. 10 years plus experience in electrical products logistics, especially in semiconductor industry. Experience in quality management/quality survey is a strong plus. Good understanding of bulk electrical products logistic operation. Experience of logistic outsourcing with semiconductor trading industry. Basic understanding of import/export process. Basic command of English. Able to use MS Office. Highly efficient communication. 50% travel time. High ethical standard. Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
